Targets
What you are aiming at
Targets are what you are shooting for. The plan below is what you actually eat — the gap between them is the thing to close.

What it becomes
Every meal moves by the same proportion, ingredient amounts included. Hold protein keeps the protein where it is and takes the change out of carbs and fat.

Exercise
Edit exercise
Leave the weight box empty and it logs as bodyweight. Put a number in and it counts as bodyweight plus that, for a belt or a dumbbell between the feet.
Put the same letter on two exercises and they run as a pair: finish a set of one and you
land straight on the other, finish that and you come back for the next round. The rest
clock waits until the pair is done. Leave it blank for a normal exercise.
Set blocks
A block is a group of the same kind of set — two warm-ups at 12–15 reps, one drop set at 8–10, and so on.

Sets
One block is a run of the same kind of set. Three working sets of 8–12 is a block; add another for warm-ups or a drop set.

Weigh-in
Log weight
Weigh in the same way each time — first thing, before food. Once a week is enough to see the trend.
Profile
The target
The goal draws a line across the chart so you can see where you are against it. Leave water blank and it works out half your bodyweight in ounces.
